Prices
We offer for our guests: single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, family rooms and sharedbed rooms. All rooms are equipped with chairs / table, shower / WC, bedside light, wardrobe, Wi-Fi Internet (free of charge). We alo have budget rooms with shower inside and WC in the floor.

Our hotel room rates (per night/room)
Please note: from 1. January 2014, the City of Berlin is collecting within it`s boundary a Tourist tax – the so called „CityTax“ amounting to 5% of the accommodation rate. According to the municipality tax regulations it is the obligation of the lodging industry to collect the tax and to pass it on to the City of Berlin. The tax must be paid by the traveller locally.
All prices are include a service and VAT (7%).
* We would like to draw your attention to that these prices do not apply to us for experienced trade fairs, events and legal holidays, and only in connection with an untimely request, on our room availability, may be offered.

Information on change / cancellation of booking:
After confirmation of the offer a cancellation is possible until 3 days before arrival.
If no arrival takes place on arrival at the boarding house, or no telephone / written communication, we charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the total.
